Custom wall graphics by Doublenaut Design feature signature landmarks of the Riverside neighbourhood woven cleverly with the ingredients and processes of bread-making.
The bread wall is filled daily and usually sold out by late afternoon, featuring adjustable metal shelving that allows the millwork to accommodate changing seasonal offerings and products.
Aligned to the exterior window mullions, the vertical wood dividers feature a custom-designed peg-board system that supports powder coated mesh metal trays - some flat, some angled to better display loaves of bread.
Concealing the mullions creates the illusion that the bread wall could almost open directly onto the street - connecting with the neighbourhood and passing pedestrians.
