  The foyer sets the tone with a blend of contemporary materials  - such as the concrete tile and brass inlay floor - with antique pieces and vintage-inspired details , such as the glass side table and custom metal screen.
  The original lead glass windows were preserved inside new triple-glazed windows, maintaining the integrity of the home’s original details while vastly improving their energy efficiency.
  A powder room is tucked off the foyer, and features a vintage pendant light and mirror, set against a backdrop of  bold, yet elegant, wallpaper.
  In the library, a custom metal and glass screen provides a view to the foyer, but also separates the room for private conversation or quiet reading.

  The sunken great room at the rear of the house contains the kitchen, dining room, and a lounge area. It features an eclectic mix of the clients’ treasured vintage finds, nods to traditional Edwardian architectural details, and modern industrial mat

  In the dining area, a concrete-topped table and patinaed steel pendant light have a touch of industrial grit, balancing the traditional elegance of the wainscoting and chevron hardwood floors.

  The his and hers vanity is an antique dresser that has been custom retrofit.
  The large dressing room and walk-in closet also features a vaulted ceiling, skylight, and large window. Every corner of space is maximized for storage, including deep dresser drawers that make use of the remaining space behind the knee walls.
